J'y suis allé dîner avec mon ami le 3 octobre 2018 vers 18h30... My partner and I are both very ill after eating on sat 9/22 evening: Salt and pepper chicken, lemon vinaigrette dressing, quinoa salad. I tried more and am more ill. I didn’t eat all day, so when I got home around 9:30ish I grabbed wingstop. A coke fries and lemon pepper and mild wings. After I ate it, I started feeling nauseous and threw up. Then used the bathroom for a good 2 hours and now my stomach is hurting back and fourth.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Fièvre, Vomissements

Le carpaccio n'était pas un plat qui pouvait jamais garder ce nom. Il est venu épais et brunissant par endroits sans aucun des morceaux typiques (c'est-à-dire parmesan rasé, roquette ou citron). Mon mari et moi l'avons goûté tous les deux et il avait une saveur presque rance,… Voir plus

I ordered a large pink lemonade from Jack In the Box because I love pink lemonade and its a Friday ofc I needed pink lemonade. I drank have of the lemonade within the first 30 minutes that I received it, no stomach aches or anything, wasn't feeling… Voir plus

I had a cup of water with lemon slice. Broccoli cheddar soup, field greens salad. 45 min later after eating I started to get nausea and then vomiting. Couple of times I vomited and nausea stayed for about 3-4 hours after. But no vomiting.  | Symptômes: Nausée, Vomissements
