New Philadelphia Ohio Chipotle. I ordered a veggie bowl. It had white rice, corn salsa, both beans black and brown, sour cream, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce at 11:30am. Ate there last Wed and by early Friday morning, I had diarrhea and vomitting. Missed work and stayed in bed all day. My best friend who ate lunch with me on Wed had same thing happen to him.
