New Philadelphia Ohio Chipotle. I ordered a veggie bowl. It had white rice, corn salsa, both beans black and brown, sour cream, shredded cheese and shredded lettuce at 11:30am. It's now 6:35pm and I'm so sick having diarrhea, nausea, throwing up and Fever. It's so horrible.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

昨晚我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有玉米、生菜、奶酪、黑豆、莎莎酱、酸奶油和苏菲塔饼。我今天早上醒来，我几乎无法忍受，因为我感觉不舒服，所以我回去睡觉了，现在我的肚子真的很痛，我有腹泻，我觉得我必须呕吐。我也真的很头晕。

I had a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, cheese, and sour cream around 4pm Sunday. By 8pm that night I was vomiting along with other food poisoning issues. These did not let up until 2pm the following day and I was unable to keep down any food or water during that time  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I always eat at this Chipolte...I was feeling great! 7.31.2017 - STEAK burrito bowl, w rice,b beans, fresh Steak that was cut, mild salsa, hot salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, chips, corn salsa...Had super bad poops last 2 hours after consuming it. Chicken bowl, rice, beans, corn salsa, sour cream & cheese that evening. Felt nauseous during the night. Woke up early with liquid diarrhea and vomiting. Was in bed all day with nausea.

Ate there last Wed and by early Friday morning, I had diarrhea and vomitting. Missed work and stayed in bed all day. My best friend who ate lunch with me on Wed had same thing happen to him.
