I ordered three tacos with chicken, white rice, black beans, cheese, salsa, and lettuce. At 6:50 PM on 9/13/17. At 3:15 AM I had diarrhea, at 5:47 AM I had more, At 6:36AM I had another load, and at 7:23 AM I had another load.  | 症状: 腹泻

我在晚上 9 点 28 分订购的。一个装有2汤匙糙米的鸡肉碗。鸡肉、fajita 蔬菜、番茄莎莎酱、黑豆和生菜。吃完后不久我的胃就感觉起泡了。在凌晨 1 点左右的隔夜里，我开始抽筋和腹泻。我从 9 月 9 日凌晨 1 点开始一直有腹泻，直到现在。我吃的任何东西都会出现腹泻。我的肠子有时候会发出声音我的头会疼。从下午 5 点 55 分开始我在健身房的时候，我已经好几个小时没吃过东西了，直到晚上 9 点 28 分我买了食物。
我周末去纽约的旅行取消了，我的体育课取消了。如果到星期一还没消失我得去看医生。我知道这是因为吃了那个碗。我很痛苦。

I ate a steak salad with my coworker at 2pm Wednesday. She had a chicken quesadilla and guacamole, my salad had brown rice, steak, corn Salas's, hot salsa, dressing and guacamole. She is not sick. I am still very ill. I felt sick 3 hours later and it has only progressed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我吃了 2017 年 9 月 5 日的 chipotle 沙拉，其中包括罗马生菜、一点糙米、fajita 蔬菜、鸡肉、温和的莎莎酱、温和的（绿酱）奶酪和生菜。吃完食物一个小时后，我开始出汗，我的胃感觉很奇怪，好像心烦意乱，我觉得自己不得不呕吐。因此，我提早离开学校，当我回到家时，我呕吐了腹泻。今天，9月6日早上6点左右，我经历了有史以来最严重的腹部痉挛，比如剧烈的疼痛使我无法入睡，我不得不上厕所，但这种情况还在发生。我整天都没吃任何东西，因为我害怕吃东西，因为我不想再经历那种痛苦。

I hade a steak bowl I believe it was one of the salsas I had medium and the corn salsa , as well as avocado . My daughter had the same bowl with out those ingredients and she was fine, I hade severe vomiting diarrhea stomach cramping… 更多
