附加信息：Chipotle 是我入睡并从胃痛中醒来后唯一吃过的东西。我不知道 chipotle 肉是否受到了食源性疾病疫情的影响，但是在吃了牛排卷饼几个小时后我醒来是因为胃很痛而且我很少生病，但是这个真的打得很快，我不得不去洗手间好几次，感觉恶心和脱水。

Burrito Bowl symtpoms Diarrhea & Nausea had a burrito bowl at about 8pm, started feeling ill around 2am, got much worse around an hour later, My boyfriend ate there as well, but didn't get all the same ingredients. very severe diarrhea bad nausea but no vomiting as of yet

Ate Chipotle on 12/19 around 9:30pm. Fiancee started vomiting at 6:27 am, I had diarrhea at 5:27am.

I ordered A Bowl with steak, brow rice, sour cream, corn, tomatoes, veggie on 2/3 around 8pm. While I was eating the bowl, my stomach hurt. I could not even poop because that bowl hurt my stomach so bad. It happened until evening 2/4 when I decided to take Pepto Bismol pills
