Eating burrito bowl, Symptoms started an hour after eating there. Chicken burrito bowl with corn and black bean tomato salsa and cup of water. Had to go to emergency from food poisoning and got admitted. Blood in stool nausea vomiting diarrhea

I always eat at this Chipolte...I was feeling great! 7.31.2017 - STEAK burrito bowl, w rice,b beans, fresh Steak that was cut, mild salsa, hot salsa, sour cream, guacamole, cheese, chips, corn salsa...Had super bad poops last 2 hours after consuming it. I love Chipolte, never had this happen before.
