Vegan sausage roll, only thing consumed that day. Couple of hours later laid up in agony with a terrible stomach ache, vomiting, diarrhoea and fever.
Don’t usually stoop to such low grade food but arm was twisted by a friend. Instant regret.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, Fièvre, Douleur d'estomac

Purchased a vegan steak bake and vegan sausage roll at lunch time. By early evening felt nauseous and spent the whole night with stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Never eating from there again.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Crampes

Bought and ate 4 sausage rolls from their branch here.  This was over 2 days causing me to suffer painful stomach cramps, fever, chills and loss of appetite the very next day.  I am still not fully recovered after 3 days!! Just me - Symptoms started a few hours after eating sausage rolls  | Symptômes: Nausée, Fièvre, Crampes, Frissons, Perte d'appétit

Ate the Vegetable bake this morning before school. Thank god my son didn’t want it.

Around 3:15 I am having SEVERE stomach cramps. Broke out in a cold sweat feeling so dizzy. I can barely walk.
