Vegan sausage roll, only thing consumed that day. Couple of hours later laid up in agony with a terrible stomach ache, vomiting, diarrhoea and fever.
Don’t usually stoop to such low grade food but arm was twisted by a friend. Instant regret.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain

Bought and ate 4 sausage rolls from their branch here.  This was over 2 days causing me to suffer painful stomach cramps, fever, chills and loss of appetite the very next day.  I am still not fully recovered after 3 days!!
