- comments: evidence of rodent activity was observed on the premises. Observed approximately 100 rat droppings on the floor and on wood pallets in the basement storage areas, and on the floor and on the storage shelves in the garage. Also observed approximately 50 mouse droppings behind the chest freezers and next to the 1 door stand up freezer and washer and dryer in the basement storage area and on the shelves in the dry storage room. Management instructed to clean and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas in the basement and garage. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: replace the torn and worn out door gaskets for the 3 door prep cooler.

- comments: clean the interior of the 3 door prep cooler. Clean the exposed hand washing sink and 2 compartment sink in the bakery prep area.

- comments: observed excessive clutter stored beneath the staircase in the basement and in the dry storage room. Also observed cut wood stored on the basement floor. Management instructed to eliminate clutter on the floor and to store the wood on pallets to eliminate pest harborage conditions in the basement.
