Good afternoon, I recently ate at the Subway restaurant located on Saticoy and Tampa in the city of Reseda(Friday April 22, 2016). I ordered a foot long Turkey Italiano Sub. Ingredients included: sliced turkey, pepperoni, provolone cheese, bell pepper, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, and salt and pepper. I ate my sandwich at approximately 11pm. Early the following morning, I was awakened by serious abdominal pain and gas. Naturally I went to the restroom. I had diarrhea which then led to vomiting. This continued for hours. I'm currently enduring the symptoms as I'm reporting this. Was at Crypto for a Kings game Saturday 11.19. Also ate a very greasy pretzel and started having cramps and diarrhea the next day. Lasted for an awful 3 days. Will never eat a pretzel there again.
