Turkey Sub Causes Illness - 19301 Saticoy St, Los Angeles California

Good afternoon, I recently ate at the Subway restaurant located on Saticoy and Tampa in the city of Reseda(Friday April 22, 2016). I ordered a foot long Turkey Italiano Sub. Ingredients included: sliced turkey, pepperoni, provolone cheese, bell pepper, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, and salt and pepper. I ate my sandwich at approximately 11pm. Early the following morning, I was awakened by serious abdominal pain and gas. Naturally I went to the restroom. I had diarrhea which then led to vomiting. This continued for hours. I'm currently enduring the symptoms as I'm reporting this. Please be aware of the potential risks of eating food that may not have been properly washed or maybe contaminated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas
