- comments: no city of chicago certifed manager certificate posted/nor on site. Instd to have certificate posted at all times. Citation issued 7-38-012 priority foundation
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 6-301. 12: observed no hand drying provision at handwashing sink in rear warewashing area. Nstructed manager to provide hand drying provisions must be available at all hand washing sinks at all times. Paper towels were provided by end of inspection. Citation issued priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c).
