10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: 6-301. 12: observed no hand drying provision at handwashing sink in rear warewashing area. Nstructed manager to provide hand drying provisions must be available at all hand washing sinks at all times. Paper towels were provided by end of inspection. Citation issued priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c).
