- comments: noted employee, while wearing gloves, put his hands inside his pants pocket and wiped his hands with a dirty wash cloth at the prep table, all without changing gloves or washing hands. Discussed with management the gloves and hand wash policy that includes changing gloves and washing hands at each change of task or move from one area to another. Priority violation# 7-38-010. Citation issued.
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: noted clogged hand wash sink (water not draining at all) at the rear food prep area. Discussed with the manager that all hand wash sinks must be maintained at all times. Priority foundation violation#7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
25. Consumer advisory provided for raw/undercooked food
- comments: noted establishment serving undercooked food items (hamburgers) with no consumer advisory, disclosure or reminders to the customers. Instructed to have a consumer advisory on the menu with a disclosure notice and reminder statement. Priority foundation violation#7-38-005. No citation issued today.

- comments: noted assorted food items inside refrigeration units stored inside tin cans. Instructed properly to store all food items inside approved food-grade containers.

- comments: noted no sanitizer test strip kit on site at the time of inspection. Instructed to have a test strip kit on site at all times to monitor the strength of the sanitizer properly. Priority foundation violation# 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: noted sprayer at the 3-compartment sink hanging below the rim of the sink. Instructed to provide the device to hold the sprayer above the water rim of the 3-compartment sink.

- comments: noted washrooms on premises with garbage receptacles and no lids. Instructed to provide trash cans with lids at all women washrooms and unisex washrooms
