- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in women washroom (69. 2f) and men washroom (69. 1f). Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed over 70 mice droppings scattered on display shelves in cookie/bread aisle, on floor along ledges in rear storage rooms, on floor under pallets in utility room. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priortiy foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed 1/4' gap between front entrance doors. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.
