- comments: observed a slight build up of raw chicken juice on one of the shelves in the packaged raw chicken section. Must clean and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: found no covered waste receptacles inside the womens restroom and the unisex restroom. Must provide at least one covered waste receptacle inside each restroom and maintain.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: found multiple broken wood pallets on the ground near the dumpster next to the rear exit door. Instructed management to remove pallets from premises and maintain area free of any unnecessary items.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: found old food packaging debris, cardboard scraps, and other dirt build up on the floor throughout the walk-in freezer (underneath shelving, etc. ). Instructed management to clean and maintain.
