- comments: previous core violations from report #2554116 on 4-8-22 were not corrected. #41- must store wiping cloths in prep areas in a sanitizer bucket between uses to prevent cross-contamination. Instructed to maintain. #47- broken rubber gasket inside two doors of reach-in cooler. Repair issue. #48- 4-301. 12: noted oversized large pots stored on top of the prep table. Must provide a large enough three-compartment sink to submerge pots to properly wash, rinse, and sanitize or remove said pots. #55- excess food debris, grime, and water under the three-compartment sink and behind equipment. Clean and maintain. #58-no valid allergen training certificates are provided on site. Expired certificates on site. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
