Flew American Airlines all day March 4th in Business class and exclusively ate on their planes and at their lounges. Got home and a few hours later had severe vomiting, diarrhea and sharp strong stomach pains. In flight meal for 390 was mushroom ravioli, inflight meal for 2003 was cheese pasta. I also had a small taste of the other offered meals from my partner. I ate all sides on my plate for both meals. Ate guacamole, hummus, sliders and a canned-tuna bun at the lounges plus drank juices, lemonade, spa water and had a beer. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
