Observed more than 40 live roaches throughout the facility, including inside coolers on the first and 2nd floors, on spice rack shelves on top of the freezer chest, and floors and walls throughout the basement. Instructed manager to service all areas affected by pests. Priority violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
