- comments: observed approximately 30 rodent mice droppings on the floor underneath the kitchen prep sink and at corners behind the 1 door refrigeration unit along the east wall also, approx: 20 rodent mice droppings in cluttered basement areas on floors underneath the storage racks and on top of boxes. Instructed to detail clean and remove all rodent mice droppings and sanitize all affected areas, additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a), citation issued.

- comments: 4-501. 11--observed a torn door gasket inside of the 2 door pizza prep cooler. Instructed to replace the torn door gasket.
