- comments: observed inadequate hot running water at the handsinks in boys and girls and staff washrooms hot water temperature ranging from (75 f-94. 5 f). Instructed management handwashing sinks water temperature must be provided of at least 100 f through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Instructed management to repair and maintain as required. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). No citation issued.

- comments: observed high temperature dishmachine machine not in use final rinse at 152. 2 f. Instructed manager to repair and maintain. A mechanical dishwashing machines should provide a final sanitizing rinse of either 50 � 100 ppm chlorine (for chemical sanitizing machine) or 180f final rinse (for hot water sanitizing machine). Dishmachine is tagged 'held for inspection' instructed not to use until repaired (** see comments below). Priority violation 7-38-025,no citation issued. (cos).
