- comments: brick wall behind bar area with uneven and rough surface, not easily cleanable. Surface must be smooth, cleanable, and non-absorbent material. Broken, peeling paint etc, on walls at ceiling at rear storage area and where ice machine is stored. Repair cause with a easily cleanable wall and ceiling
