- comments: observed approximately 75 small rodent droppings in the following places during the time of inspection. . . They are as follows: in prep area underneath unused 3-compartment sink, behind 2 door storage cabinet, behind large black ovens, in cafeteria hallway in corner by utility sink, in entry way corners into prep area as well as cafeteria, service line open cabinet space, in dry storage underneath storage racks (under applesauce boxes), in dishroom where ice machine is stored in corners under heavy equipment. Instructed to remove droppings and clean and sanitize all said areas. Must eliminate pest activity on premies. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a). No citaton issued.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floors in the dining with excessive food debris along perimeters. Instructed to clean and maintain.
