- comments: 6-501. 111 still observed several droppings 15 to 20 throughout the premises, on front window sill, on wall ledge at dish area, behind metal racl shelving, behind tall reach-in freezer. Must remove all droppings.

- comments: 4-602. 13 interior of the box freezer with grease at door seal. ----must not use tinfoil as liner for shelving throughout. All shelving, all surfaces, all equipment, and microwave throughout with grease must remove and clean.

- comments: 6-201. 11 wall vent cover inside and out at hvac and on wall above freezer with grease. Must clean. ----open coving behind the box freezer and tall reach-in cooler. Must seal.
