discovered during routine inspections by the MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal. The company is recalling the product as a precautionary measure. To date, no illnesses have been reported in connection with the consumption of this product.

The recalled product is the company's "Bolognese" sauce, sold in unitary format. The recall affects all lots that do not have the phrase "Keep Refrigerated" on the label. The sauce was packaged in glass jars with a metal lid and sold refrigerated exclusively at the company's location at 950, boulevard Saint-Jean, in Pointe-Claire.

If you have this product at home and has not been kept refrigerated, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased.

All lots of these products, packaged in transparent plastic containers and sold refrigerated, are included in the recall. The issue was identified during routine inspections by MAPAQ and the Food Inspection Division of the City of Montreal.

People who are sensitive to the allergens listed above or those with celiac disease are advised not to consume the recalled products. They must return it to the establishment where they bought it.
