During re-inspection on 5/11/21 observed about more than 50 rodent droppings in the food prep area, more than 100 rodent droppings on the stair case leading to the basement and more than 100 rodent droppings located in the basement in between equipment and on the shelves and more than 40 rodent droppings located in the furnace room and more than 20 rodent droppings located in the office in the basement. Also observed live insect activity in the food prep area. Observed about 20 live ants crawling under the 3 compartment sink. Instructed to clean and sanitize affected areas, eliminate all rodent and insect activity and contact pest control for service. Priority violation. Citation issued 7-42-090.
