- comments: found cold tcs foods at improper cold-holding temperatures in the prep cooler located across from the pizza oven. Cooked potatoes, ricotta cheese, garlic cream sauce, cooked risotto, lobster meat, cooked peas, cooked pork, and cooked mushroom are found at temperatures ranging from 45f to 51f. Instructed to discard and denature said tcs foods and always maintain all cold-holding tcs foods at or below 41f. Priority violation 7-38-005. Citation issued. Food discarded.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered waste receptacles inside the 2nd floor unisex washroom and the basement employee unisex washroom. Must provide one in each washroom and maintain.
