Inspectors found significant food safety violations related to pest activity and waste handling. They observed about 75 or more small live flies in the rear prep and dishwashing area, front sandwich prep area, and basement prep area, along with about 16 rodent droppings under a sausage stuffing machine. An outside garbage container was overflowing, with the lid open and unable to close. Citations were issued for these significant violations.

Additional findings included rusted prep table shelving, dirty equipment and shelving with dried food debris, standing water under cooling units, and grease and food on the floor under heavy cooking equipment. Inspectors also noted that a previously cited violation had not been corrected because the food service manager still did not have the required allergen training certificate, and a citation was issued.
