- comments: observed a torn door gasket inside of the 2 door prep cooler. Instructed to replace the torn door gasket.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed stained cutting boards in the kitchen prep area. Instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards and maintain.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: instructed to detail clean the exterior grease trap box, prep tables, food storage containers, interior and exterior of the chest freezer and prep coolers and deep fryer.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: obseved a water leak at drain pipe underneath the middle compartment at the 3-compartment sink area. Instructed to repair plumbing leak and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: instructed to detail clean floors along walls and in all corners throughout the kitchen prep/dishwashing areas to remove dried up food debris and grease build-up especially under and around cooking equipments and maintain. Instructed to replace broken walls tiles above the 3-compartment sink area and maintain so that surfaces are smooth,easily cleanable and maintain.
56. Adequate ventilation & lighting; designated areas used
- comments: observed (2) missing light shields for light fixtures in kitchen prep area. Instructed to install light shields or provide shatter-proof lighting and maintain.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations not corrected from inspection report#2559304 dated: 06/14/2022 #51--found no backflow prevention devices installed at ice machine and esspreso machine. Must provide where they can be serviced and located. #56--found exhaust vents not working at restrooms. Must provide or repair. #58--found sanitation managers with no allergen training. Must provide. Instructed to correct noted violations and maintain by 8/23/2023. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090,citation issued.
