Inspectors found several food safety and maintenance issues during the inspection. Significant food safety violations included not having test strips or another required device to verify the sanitizing temperature of the high-temperature dish machine, and outside garbage dumpsters that were overflowing so the lids could not close properly. Citations were issued for both items, and the dumpster issue was corrected on site.

Additional findings included unlabeled bulk food containers, dusty ceiling ventilation covers above the dishwashing area, and two food employees without proof of required food handler training.
