Got a GF/ Vegan cheese pizza with ham, sausage, spinach, basil, onion, and red sauce on Thursday night. Felt nauseous in the early AM. Didn't think much of it. Ate the rest of it Friday morning and within an hour had stomach pain, cramps, chills, nausea, vomiting, dehydration, and overall felt awful.
