- comments: observed over 60 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in front beverage area and near 3-compartment sink in prep area, 20 rat droppings scattered on floor and shelves in basement storage area. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: observed soiled wiping cloths stored on prep tables in prep area. Instructed manager to store wiping cloths in sanitizing solution between uses.

- comments: observed milk crates used as shelving in prep and basement storage areas. Instructed manager to remove milk crates and provide adequate shelving for easy cleaning and pest control.

- comments: observed accumulated food spills, debris and grease buildup on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment, prep tables, shelving units. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
