- comments: observed all floors under and behind all cooking equipment in the kitchen with accumulation of dirt/grime in corners and along walls. Clean behind the cooking line and under and behind all refrigeration. Observed cracked and broken floor tiles in the kitchen food preparation area. Replace all cracked and broken floor tiles and restore the floor to a smooth and easily cleanable condition. Maintain floor.
