5/13/18 around 5:30pm. Ate at the bar, ordered a glass of wine, calamari. Main course: grilled salmon w/pesto sauce, garlic potatoes, and spinach. Had molten lava cake for desert as well. Both calamari and desert shared with girlfriend who was not sick. Around 10pm diarea and vomiitting started. Got up about every 2 hours for more until 7am, also running a slight fever. Unable to keep liquids down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting
