Unused walk in cooler on floor under shelving units,under 2& 3 compartment sinks,on floor behind oven and garbage can at entry door,at door of lunch room. Dry food storage area- under shelving units. Paper goods storage area- under shelving units. Lunch room-custodial area near file cabinet & cooler storage area-ladder. Baker school-on floor behind chip & pop vending machine in lunch room. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 4/12/23. (priority 7-42-090)
