Report date: Sep 22, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed no procedure/plan for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Instructed to provide and maintain required procedure/plan and appropriate supplies or kit. (necessary items at a minimum: gloves, face masks, disposable mops and appropriate sanitizer/spray that is effective against norovirus). Priority foundation violation 7-38-005,no citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 15 rodent(mice) droppings on the floor under the gallon water storage rack and at rear cluttered storage room. Instructed management to remove rodent droppings from affected areas and detail clean and sanitize all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a),citation issued.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: instructed to detail clean and maintain counters at front service storage area and interiors of coolers also, grocery display shelfs to remove dusts dirt debris.

- comments: instructed to detail clean floors underneath all grocery display shelfs and inside the walk-in-cooler to remove food debris spillage.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and organize front service area and rear storage room and remove unnecessary articles due to potential pest harborage also, elevate stock items in customer area off the floor at least 6' inches and to maintain.

- comments: instructed to provide brighter light bulbs in walk-in-cooler and maintain adequate lighting at all times.
