- comments: must defrost ice build up from ice cream freezer.

- comments: previous core violations from report #2370092 5/4/2020 #49- must clean debris build up from walk in cooler -fan guard covers,pop sleeves. #55- must repair or replace stained ceiling tiles,damaged wall at front entry door and at mop sink and missing floor tiles in prep area/service counter. #55 must clean debris build up from floor in walk in cooler and where needed. #55- must clean dust build up from ceiling in walk in cooler. #57- observed no food handlers training for employees.
