Inspectors found several food safety and maintenance violations during the inspection. Significant food safety violations included no person in charge present, no certified food manager on duty while time/temperature-controlled foods such as rice and soups were being prepared and served, and dishes being washed without the required wash, rinse, and sanitize setup. Citations were issued for the missing certified food manager and improper dishwashing setup, while no citation was issued for the missing person in charge.

Other findings included unlabeled food in refrigeration units, food stored in grocery bags and tin cans instead of food-grade containers, a torn freezer door gasket, dirty floors along walls and under equipment, cracks in a stairwell wall leading to basement dry storage, and missing allergen training certificates for certified food managers.
