- comments: observed that the low-temperature dish machine is not sanitizing dishes. The machine was found at 0 ppm chlorine. Priority violation 7-38-025 no citation issued.

- comments: observed a cat in the basement. Must remove cat from basement and remove all items of the cat. Priority foundation violation 7-40-060

- comments: observed curtains hanging leading to the washrooms need to be cleaned and maintained.

- comments: observed floor in front of 3-compartment sink and around grease trap with loose and missing floor tiles. Tiles need to be replaced, and the floor needs to be restored to a smooth, easily clean condition and maintained. The observed floor of the walk-in cooler was in disrepair and not smooth and easily cleanable. Restore the floor of wask into a smooth and easily cleanable condition and maintain.
