- comments: observed over 30 rodent dropping in rear behind the water heater and along wall where product is stored. Observed over 10 dropping in front lobby behind coco-cola dispensing machine. Instructed manager to pest control company provide service, remove droppings, clean and sanitize. Priority foundation 7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed interior of front prep coolers in need of detail cleaning. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster overflowing with trash above rim and lids open. Instructed manager to call for service immediately and lids must be closed and tight fitting. Priority foundation. 7-38-020(b). Citation issued
