Instructed manager to pest control company provide service, remove droppings, clean and sanitize. Priority foundation 7-38-020 (a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed interior of front prep coolers in need of detail cleaning. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster overflowing with trash above rim and lids open. Instructed manager to call for service immediately and lids must be closed and tight fitting. Priority foundation. 7-38-020(b). Citation issued
