- comments: observed no hand washing signs at hand sinks in 2nd fl. Boy's,pre-k 995 & 996. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings on lower shelf of prep counter,in dry food storage area-on several wall ledges,on floor next to pallet and under locker. Must remove droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 3/3/22. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must remove ice build up from interior surface of last reach in freezer.

- comments: must adjust faucet handles to stay on longer for hand washing in bsmt boy's & girl's toilet rooms.
