- comments: observed no probe thermometer for taking internal temperatures of tcs foods must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)(citation issued)

- comments: must label food storage containers ,squeeze bottles and shakers when food is not in original package.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 15 or more live roaches crawling on wheel bases of steam table,stove,fryer cabinets,prep coolers,underside of upper plate of 3- compartment sink and on floor. Also appx. 30 or more mice droppings on lower shelf of steam table,food storage shelves in dry food storage area. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 6/21/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: must invert multi-use utensils on storage shelves.
