- comments: tcs foods at improper temperature: 43 each fresh eggs at temp of 47. 6f to 48f stored inside the two-door prep table. Cooked white rice at temp of 63. 8f stored inside 4 door reach-in cooler. Cold food must maintain temp of 41f and below. Priority violation:7-38-005,citatio issued.

41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: noted dirty washcloths scattered on the prep table at the kitchen. Instructed to remove,store in a sanitizing solution especially when not in use.

45. Single-use/single-service articles: properly stored & used
- comments: plastic single-serving utensils for customers must be inverted to minimze contamination

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: top part of basins of 3 compartment sink is leaking. Must repair issued to a smooth easily cleanable surface.
