I ate the veggie delight salad. It contained lettuce, vinaigrette, beans, chickpeas, cherry tomatoes, croutons, avocado, and a hardboiled egg. I suspect the culprit was the lettuce - it was probably poorly washed. The restaurant appeared messy and disorganized. The tables were not clean and the staff were mixing all the salads in the same bowl. My symptoms appeared almost exactly 24 hours after the time of consumption, which was approximately 1:30pm on September 21st, 2019. The symptoms have persisted over the past 24 hours and have still not diminished completely. I am quite certain I received food poisoning from the contaminated salad as the only things I ate between the salad and the symptoms were tortilla chips (from a bag), plain pasta (that I prepared myself), and some crackers (from a bag). | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
