- comments: still observed evidence of appx. 25 or more mice droppings on lid of food storage bucket on storage shelf,on floor behind reach in freezers,inside of fryer cabinet,on soda box on soda caddy,behind hot water tank,on floor between wall and soda cooler at service counter ,rear ledge of reach in refrigerator in front prep area,inside of floor drain in front of cooking equipment. Must remove mice droppings,clean and sanitize areas. Must have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 10/16/23. (priority 7-38-020(a)

- comments: 6-202. 15: observed a gap along bottom of double front entry door must make doors tight fitting to prevent rodent entry.

- comments: 4-903. 11 (a;b;d) : must invert multi-use utensils stored on shelving units throughout premises.
