I ate at this Cava location in Chapel Hill on Friday 2/20/26. I had grilled chicken, brown rice, romaine and mixed greens, lentils, tomato and cucumber, feta and olives bowl. Saturday at 10am I started with severe diarrhea. Both my husband and I have still severe diarrhea today Sunday. I did notice while I was in line, that when they ran low of two items, they brought in fresh bin, but poured it over the old one with still food in it. I did not think about it then until after my husband and I started with symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
