- comments: observed slight pink build up inside ice machine behind bar. Must clean interior of ice machine and maintain.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 20 live small flies on walls at bar area. Instructed manager must remove all small fly activity by date of reinspection. Advised to call pest control operator for service. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a).
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: the following not clean- observed acumulated food debris on prep and dishwash area shelf tops/lower side of shelves, bar table top/drains, interior of prep area/dishwash area sinks and interior of prep area cabinets. Must clean equipment and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: dishmachine room floor drain is draining slowly. Must repair and maintain.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed accumulated food debris on walls throughout dishwash area and prep area. Must clean walls and maintain.

- comments: observed one ceiling light cover missing above dishmachine. Must provide ceiling light cover.
