- comments: found 2 lbs of raw chicken stored above prep cooler well at 48. 4f, 20 lbs of dairy/eggs liquid to dip chicken before breading at 53. 4f stored in tight fitting large plastic tubs in walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to keep such foods held at 41f or lower. Food items discarded valued at $20. Priority violation 7-38-005.

- comments: missing thermometer in front prep cooler, instructed to provide in warmest part of cooler.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: trays above ice bins at front service linse soda station not clean, standing water. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: heavy dust buildup noted on computer screes and electric conduits above prep and hot holding lines, instructed to clean and maintain.
