I ate shrimp fried rice and 2 egg rolls at this location. Shortly after a got stomach cramps... slight headache during the night, felt tingling. In the am headache and fatigue. Went to work headache didn't allow me to focus at work. Left home sick. Severe headache and some nausea. Took a shower took a nap. Drinking ginger ale, soup and crackers. I will never eat Chinese food again. Unsure if shrimp was not cooked, etc. | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Headache, Fatigue
