- comments: observed 5 live cockroaches inside of the oven. Management instructed to eliminate all pest activity. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). No citation issued.

- comments: 6-501. 112 clean all of the dead insects from the floor of the food prep area.

- comments: observed rust on the bottom interior plate of both 1 door prep coolers across from the wok station and next to the oven. Management instructed to remove the rust from both prep cooler surfaces.

- comments: detail clean all cooking equipment, the steam table, wok station, microwave, storage shelves, interior of prep coolers, and interior of ice machine.

- comments: observed the water from the 3 compartment sink drain leaking onto the floor around the open site floor drain. Management instructed to extend the drain pipe so that it does not leak onto the floor.
