I had a veggie bowl with brown rice, roasted onions, black beans, lettuce and guacamole. I had this for lunch on Tuesday 2-Dev-16. By evening my stomach got upset, had a sour throat, body aches and fever in the night. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever
