I ordered a chicken bowl with rice, black beans, lettuce, hot sauce, cheese, and sour cream around 8 PM. I went to bed and woke up at 2:30 with tremendous stomach pains and cramps. I tried to go back to sleep and ignore it, but then I got extremely nauseous. I then began to throw up my chipotle. I also had diarrhea at the same time. I tried to go back to sleep, but I had really bad chills and kept periodically getting stomach cramps. It is now 1 PM, about 11 hours later and I still have bad abdominal pain. No more vomiting yet | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Chills
